Yes, by far one of the best films.  Didn’t think it’s good until towards the end.

A TRUE story, an inspiring one too.  4 stars.

Tomorrow when the War began

Did a presentation today on “黄祸”。Guess we did pretty well.  Kudos to Lynette, Jocelin and Sharon.  It’s really nice to feel good after a presentation in our final semester, a presentation we took ownership of.  I’m proud of it.

Quite a nice show.  A combination of violence and romance, makes you laugh at times, makes you excited at others.  3.75 stars from me. 

Green Hornet

Had somewhat a movie marathon today.  Tix in JB are really cheap on a weekday.

Yes, like most people said, lousy storyline and whatsoever.  And even Jay Chou’s fans say the appearance of Jay didn’t make the show better.  I like the modifications and cars and gadgets though.  Not too bad in my opinion (probably bias because I WOW at cool looking stuff).  3.6 stars.

 

All’s Well Ends Well:

Comedy.  As per previous years, a show for Chinese New Year, where most Hong Kong famous artists participate.  Entertaining.  A little touching.  3.6 stars too. 

Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows

 

Harry Potter films seems like it’s no longer for children…

Can still watch though…  I’ll give it 3 stars…

My 1st ever 3d-movie!  4.6 stars, not because of the 3D effects, but because of the beautiful girl and handsome man and the Happily Ever After!

Honestly, this is not my kind of show.  But some may find it really good.  A SUPER low budget film.  I give 1 star.  Some may give 3 or 4 though.

For those who like action, this is a show to catch.  The fights are quite fictitious in my opinion, maybe that’s why it’s called "Legend"?    I prefer Ip Man much more.  3.2 stars from me.

2.8 stars?  3 stars maybe…  Quite a cute show…

Good. 3.7 stars.  Can watch.

Inception

I must say, this is a chim show, very chim.  Quite impressive, 3.85 stars I give.

Twilight Eclipse

3.6 stars.  Don’t know why it’s named “Eclipse” though.

Movie Marathon today!  Had Toy Story 3, then The Karate Kid.  4.2 stars each!  Catch it if you haven’t!

Shrek Forever After

3.2 stars.  Cute show.

5 stars!  I don’t think I have ever given 5 stars to any movie before.  Must watch.

Worthy of 4 stars.  You will laugh for this one. 

How to Train Your Dragon

Good, 4.7 stars.  Worth watching.

Up in the Air

2.8 stars.  Pretty boring start.  Pretty abrupt ending.  Overall, it’s pretty ok.  Watch it if you’re bored, it’ll either reduce your boredom, or make you more bored.

I love the song, the beat!  Play it man!  Just in time for the last day of Chinese New Year!!!  恭喜，恭喜，恭喜，恭喜你！

Caught this on the 2nd last day of CNY!  I’ll only give 3.2 stars, perhaps it deserves more stars, but this guy beside laughed so violently the chair kept rocking!  The cinema’s chair!  For those who love or understand Cantonese, this show is a must-watch!  And I’ve never seen SO MANY stars appearing in one movie before!  A Festive Comedy!

B has blues, Monday blues.

I was wearing blue today, not feeling blue though.

Ulcer has gotten worse.  Just put salt, tears and saliva flowed uncontrollably.  Pain ah!

Didn’t go to the Army Open House, caught an impromptu movie instead.  "Dance Flick".  What a movie, I give it 1 star.  Don’t watch it if you don’t wana waste money.  The trailer’s pretty nice though.

Movie Marathon!

“Up” is still so Up, so many people watching even towards the end of its showing.  We haven’t catch it!  We must!

Caught “Year One” today.  Personally, I think it’s bad.  2 stars from me.  Some may like though.

HC413 Lect.  Pretty boring.  Caught a glimpse of some interesting badges on Zijia’s pencil case!

And Zijia was nice as usual in sharing with me his Egg Mayo Sandwich breakfast!  Thank you!

HT201 with 刘玲老师 is good as usual, but draggy as usual too.

Long break before 413 tutorial at 530.  Set a high score for “Spot the Difference” on Facebook with the help of Weili!

Met up with Ben after school!  It’s very nice meeting such a cool guy.  Knowledgeable, charismatic, well-built, gentlemanly…  No wonder Peipei chose him!  Of course, Peipei is smarter, because she caught the fish before it could be else caught!  Wahaha!

Hanged around at Ivins.  Bad coconut milk makes bad kueh.  Disgusted by the way they serve customers initially.

Shujing brought her Korean friend!  Can’t remember her name, just remember Shujing calls her 蒙牛。 Apparently, that’s some milk brand from China.

Met up with B.    Wanted to catch “Up”, but left with bad seats.  So we took “The Proposal” instead.  It’s been some time we watched a late night movie!  Nice show!  Touching and humorous!  I’ll give it 4.4 stars, 2nd Class Upper!

Woo… lots of readings to do this weekend.  Imu.

Arranged to meet with an important someone instead.  Sorry Geri, you were just a little late.

Didn’t watch Ice Age 1 or 2, an impromptu decision to catch the following:

7-11 isn’t good sometimes.  No hot water!  Ridiculous.

And some coffee-shop was so stingy to spare a glass of hot water, and refuse to sell even when I offered to pay.

Wow, I’m pretty amazed by my power of persuasion.    Didn’t know I can be so convincing.  Yeah!  At least I made someone happy again!

Human relationship is just so amazing, sometimes weird too.

It has been so many months since I last watched a movie.  Dear Weili and me wanted some relaxation b4 exams.  We caught this and I’m not disappointed with it.  Overall, it’s good.

Fast & Furious 4 is coming out this Thurs!  I wana watch!!!
